In Primer, we started off the year by learning about ourselves and one another. This lesson called "All About Me" consisted of lots of activities, including talking about what makes students unique and different. In 3rd Grade, we approach math with as many hands-on ways as possible by using Math Centers (to reinforce the information learned during whole group instruction). It is super fun to write on our desks with dry erase board markers AND do activities with candy, puzzles, and games! At Wesley Prep, Math is FUN!

It was TEAM SPIRIT DAY today! Our students and staff members could show their Team Spirit by wearing their favorite team's gear. Mister Bruce has been talking about being a part of a TEAM in chapel this week. This is part of his great message: "We are all a part of a team, at some point or another. When we want to accomplish a goal or achieve an objective (and more than one person is a part of the action): you have a Team. It’s how we work together within the Team that makes the journey of achievement a success. We are Team Wesley Prep, and our goal is to add beauty and wonder as Co-Creators with God. Let’s get to work, Team!"
