Wesley Prep's Elementary and Preschool programs are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI) and its parent organization, AdvancED. AdvancED (now know as Cognia) is the largest accreditation community in the world, partnering with more than 32,000 private and public schools, with a focus on excellence and continual improvement in the following standards:

Wesley Prep's Mothers Day Out program is licensed by the state of Texas (Texas Health and Human Services). Child Care Licensing is a statewide program that regulates child care operations and child-placing agencies to protect the health, safety and well-being of children in out-of-home care. CCL inspects child care operations, making sure they meet the standards Texas has set. Wesley Prep is a Licensed Center for infants and toddlers (children who are between 6 months and 35 months at the beginning of the school year).
