TUITION ASSISTANCE
Wesley Prep strives to maintain an affordable tuition rate in order to make private school education possible for families of all backgrounds. Through our admissions process, we aim to admit qualified students regardless of their financial circumstances.
Families may apply for tuition assistance as part of their application to Wesley Prep. Awards are available for elementary applicants, are based on need, and require annual qualification. Award amounts are recommended by the Wesley Prep Tuition Assistance Committee using information provided by families and qualification information from the School and Student Services for Financial Aid organization (SSS), a program of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS).
Guidelines:
Tuition assistance is available for elementary students only.
Awards and amounts are reviewed and granted on an annual basis.
Available for current and prospective families.
Application Steps:
Families who are interested in applying for Tuition Assistance for the 2024-2025 school year should complete an application by January 19, 2024. Applications received after this date will be considered as award grant funding allows. Complete the SSS “Parents’ Financial Statement” (PFS). If parents are separated or divorced, the student’s custodial parent and that parent’s present spouse should complete the PFS. The school also requires the non-custodial parent to complete the PFS. PFS documents can be accessed via the SSS website and Wesley Prep's SSS Code is: 186922.
Upload a copy of all proof of income forms (e.g., W-2, 1099, Unemployment, 1099, etc.) for the entire household, along with your personal two most recent Income Tax Statements (as well as corporate if applicable), including all schedules filed. Forms should be uploaded to your SSS account.
A member of our Tuition Assistance Committee will contact you in February to schedule a phone conversation between the school and your family.
Award Notification:
If an admissions invitation for our elementary program is extended on March 6, 2024, your tuition assistance award will be communicated within your Enrollment and Tuition contract. Acceptance of your tuition assistance award will be finalized by the school’s receipt of your signed 2024-2025 Enrollment and Tuition Contract on or before Monday, March 18, 2024.
