Admission Procedures and Key Dates for Current Families 2010-2011

Thank you for your interest in continuing to be part of our Wesley Prep family! Please refer to the following admission procedures and key dates for our Mothers Day Out, Preschool and Elementary programs for the 2010-2011 school year.

Mother’s Day Out and Preschool - students 6 months to four years of age

Complete a MDO/Preschool Preference Card to request preferred program and days. These forms can be picked up in the school office beginning January 11, 2010.
Submit these card(s) along with the non-refundable registration fee detailed on your card on or before January 29, 2010.
If you do not receive your requested program and/or day, you will be notified by February 5, 2010.
Full tuition for the 2010-2011 school year will be due on March 26, 2010.

Kindergarten through Sixth Grade

All forms for kindergarten through sixth grade will be available in the school office beginning January 11, 2010.
Complete the enclosed forms and submit these along with a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit to us by January 29, 2010.
Any student not eligible for reenrollment will be called by a school administrator by December 18, 2009.
Primer and first decisions will be made by the Admissions Committee after January 14, 2010 and will be discussed as necessary between a school administrator and the parents.
Full tuition for the 2010-2011 school year will be due on March 26, 2010.
