How to Apply-New Students

Admission Procedures and Key Dates for New Students, 2012-2013

We are delighted you are interested in being a part of Wesley Prep. Please refer to the following admission procedures and deadlines for our Mothers Day Out, Preschool and Elementary programs for the 2012-2013 school year.

Mother’s Day Out and Preschool - students six months to four years of age

• Attend a Wesley Prep Preview or other scheduled tour of the school  - please see tour days and times located at WesleyPrep.org 
• Complete and return a Parent Application Form
• Complete and return a parent form for preferred program and days
• Submit materials with a $100.00 non-refundable application fee on or before January 16, 2012
• Decisions will be mailed February 7, 2012
• If offered admission, a non-refundable registration fee will be due on February 13 to hold your space

Kindergarten through Sixth Grade

• Take a tour of Wesley Prep - please see tour days and times located at WesleyPrep.org 
• Submit application form along with a $100.00 application fee no later than December 9, 2011
• Have student's current teacher submit teacher evaluation form directly to us by December 9, 2011; all school records from your student's current school must be in by December 9, 2011
• Students applying for kindergarten, primer or first must schedule the CATS test and have the results to us no later than December 9, 2011. Please visit catstexas.com for information and registration form.
• Students applying for fifth and sixth grades must schedule the ISEE and have the results to us no later than December 9, 2011
• Students applying for all other grades will do onsite testing with Wesley Prep on January 7, 2012 or January 28, 2012
• Submit a preferential sheet for onsite testing at Wesley Prep by December 9, 2011. We will call to confirm day and time for you and your student - testing dates will be January 7 and 28, 2012
• A day long visit at Wesley Prep will be scheduled at the time we call to confirm a testing date for all students
• Decisions will be mailed February 7, 2012
• Families must send a $1,000.00 registration fee by February 13, 2012 to confirm the space
• Full tuition for 2012–13 will be due March 30, 2012

All paperwork must be in place for review and acceptance into our program.  Timely submission is important.
